HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY CLOGS FIT?
Before ordering, use our SIZING CHART. The leather I use to make these shoes is quite thick and the dying and shaping process makes it even more stiff. They break in like a dream. I do not recommend wearing them with wet socks like some people say to do, this can lead to over stretching and improper fit. I also want to mention that, because I hand dye the leather, there can be a bit of dye transfer on your skin the first couple of times you wear the shoes.
ARE THESE CLOGS COMFORTABLE?
In my opinion, wood bottom shoes are extremely comfortable and Bean An Ti shoes are no different. I am a hairstylist by day and wear these shoes every time I work, for 8-9 hours at a time. The leather is quite thick and stiff, so if you have sensitive feet or aren't used to a shoe that needs to be broken in, these might not be the shoes for you.
WHY ARE ALL CLOGS SOLD OUT?
I have changed how I operate Bean An Ti. Styles will be released from time to time on my READY TO SHIP page, they ship the following business day. Otherwise, I release 10 custom orders on the first of each month, these custom shoes will ship one month prior to purchase.
WHAT DOES CUSTOM MEAN?
You can choose from my existing styles and wood base styles, feel free the mix and match, even if you haven’t seen it done, that doesn’t mean it won’t be rad and also choose your color or color combo! I love making you beauties shoes and am pretty much up for anything, so just ask! I’ll let you know if it’s not doable. Also, I can make tweaks here or there for fit, i.e. wide or narrow.
WHERE CAN I TRY ON YOUR CLOGS?
Bean An Ti is available at the following places:
Bettys Divine in Missoula, MTTHE
THE LEATHER IS SO STIFF!
Yes. The leather is quite stiff. I do this on purpose. I want these shoes to stand the test of time, but I don't want them to hurt you. If you are not used to a wood bottom shoes or handmade shoes that need to be broken in, I might not recommend these shoes for you.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
I happily accept size exchanges as long as the shoes have not been worn, with exception to the minor strut about the house. It is very important to visit the sizing chart to help pick the right size the first time. The shoes can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, again as long as they have not been worn. Returns for any malfunction will be excepted for 90 days after purchase. I do not give REFUNDS. That being said, I want you to love your clogs, if they don't fit or have a problem arise, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a return for exchange or store credit. The shipping is non-refundable.
